Did that same workout as below. Did twice through.

2nd time, no crunches, added butt pulses. 20 each leg. Also, no jumping jacks. oopps. Modified some things because body was tired.

Will work up to not modifying.

Must try this workout once the 15 minute one becomes too easy. This one seems a little more intense, plus it is 20 minutes long. Also need to start doing cardio if I want to lose my fat.
